Originally designed as high production flatbread oven, the Dual Burner Bistro (Pita Bread) ovens are also well-suited for many other stone hearth cooking applications. The ovens feature two adjustable gas-fired radiant burners (one on each side), and a burner disable switch allows operation with only one burner for increased flexibility. For easily repeatable production without sacrificing versatility, the Pita Bread oven is an excellent choice.

Featuring the same ceramic materials that made Wood Stone famous, the gas-fired Tandoor is a high-tech, extremely durable update on an Old World classic. The Tandoor excels at maintaining temperature, even under the highest production scenarios.

Available with a round or square exterior, the Tandoor features a handsome quartz-composite top and stainless-steel sides and includes a Skewer Index Ring. Available in 31" or 35".

Bagel Oven

If your operation requires a large amount of cooking space without sacrificing power and reliability, check out Wood Stone’s Bagel Oven (90112) – the world’s largest manufactured stone hearth oven. Designed as a high production bagel oven, the Fire Deck 90112 has 45 square feet of cooking surface – enough to produce 450-500 5-inch bagels an hour! Although it was built with bagels in mind, this oven is also fantastic for pizzas, breads, entrees, and appetizers.
