Throughout the show, Chef Tina will be baking a demo pizza lineup that includes Kimchi Pepperoni and Guanciale, Smoky Mushroom and Leek, and a new Wood Stone ‘00’ Pizza Dough featuring Caputo flour from Italy, which delivers an incredible crust texture. You won’t want to miss the debut of our AMP Series 64 high-temperature Electric Deck Oven! We’ll also have our Electric OneRev rotating pizza oven and the powerful Fire Deck 6045 running, so you can see different Wood Stone ovens doing what they do best—making great food and maximizing operational efficiency.
