Customer Spotlight: Industry Kitchen, NYC

Part of Merchant’s Hospitality, Industry Kitchen has been turning out specialties like the Wood Grilled Honeybee Pizza (plum tomato, fresh mozzarella, soppressata, honey, chili oil), Wood Grilled Branzino and Wood Oven Potato curls as well as steaks, roasted chicken, hearth breads and desserts on their Wood Stone equipment since 2015.

The 5000 square foot space sits only steps from the East River and boasts unobstructed views of the Brooklyn and Williamsburg Bridges from its unique indoor/outdoor dining space.  Executive Chef Carl Alioto turns out his specialties on a Wood Stone Fire Deck 8645 and a custom-configured Wood Stone Designer Series Stone Hearth Oven.
