Wood Stone sends oven to the Warrior Transition Unit in MA

One of Wood Stone’s  long-time employees, Tom Boyhan, is a Vietnam veteran. When he noticed that we were building an oven for the Warrior Transition Unit at Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland he wanted to say – Thank you.

The Warrior Transition Units are intended to provide critical support to wounded soldiers and their families. While the success of these units has been in question, the intention of these units is one that Tom, and all of Wood Stone applauds. Tom brought the pending shipment to our attention and suggested that we express our appreciation to our returning soldiers.  We made a plaque that we hope sincerely conveys our appreciation. (see below)  Wood Stone is grateful to all of our veterans and proud to be working alongside Tom Boyhan.
