Wood Stone’s “Best Practices for Safely Venting Solid Fuel” Article published by FCSI’s The Consultant Magazine
We get many questions at Wood Stone about the proper ventilation of our equipment, particularly our solid fuel pieces. In North America, there are clear regulations we can easily refer customers, consultants, architects and inspectors to: NFPA 96 and the IMC. In many developing markets, however, guidelines are few and far between.
FCSI’s The Consultant Magazine, in their mission to help educate, asked for articles on safety in foodservice. We responded with “Best Practices for Safely Venting Solid Fuel”. Our goal is to spark a serious conversation about this critical life safety issue – Please read and share your thoughts…
