For stone hearth ovens and rotisseries, a 15 or 20 AMP 120 VAC circuit is required. Please see the Installation & Operation manual for each product for specific connection instructions. For Electric Planchas please consult the Installation & Operation manual or Spec Sheet for specific electrical requirements.

ELECTRICAL GROUNDING: This appliance must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Electrical code, ANSI/ NFPA 70 or the Canadian Electrical Code, CSA C22.1 as applicable.
