Chef Frank was recently in Pasadena, CA where he visited our new friends at California Chutney. These fine folks are putting a new spin on fast casual with artisan tandoori cooking using two of our 35″ Tandoors. According to Chef Frank, the Cali Naan (tandoori flatbread) – wrapped around tandoori-cooked meats, fresh vegetables, and finished with a vibrant array of chutneys – was absolutely amazing!! The chutney bar was a star in its own right and we are convinced that California Chutney will be bringing their take on East Indian cooking to a hungry crowd well into the future.
