Anthony Mukerjee

Culinary Manager

Anthony moved to Bellingham in 2005 to attend WWU and never left. He went to school for politics and music and soon entered the culinary world as a line cook in order to fund his various extracurricular activities and travels. Working in restaurants was a way for Anthony to learn the professional side of his long-time passion and hobby, cooking…and to earn a few bucks while doing it. He first met Wood Stone while working at Anthony’s Hearthfire Grill, where he helped man a double-door Fire Deck oven as well as a solid fuel grill and rotisserie. In 2013 he was excited to join the Wood Stone team as the test kitchen coordinator. It is a roll that allows him to use his prior experience as a chef, while also continuing to learn and grow his passion for food.

What fuels his passion?
