First Wood Stone Fire Deck 90112 – St-Viateur Bagel Shop

St-Viateur Bagel has been a central part of the culture and daily life of Montreal since 1957. In July 2012 Wood Stone built and shipped its very first Fire Deck 90112 (spec coming soon) for St-Viateur Bagel Shop . They are open 24/7 and are producing between 350-400 dozen bagels out of the oven each day! Chef Frank recently visited their shop to experience the special Montreal bagels in person and wrote, “This must be called bagel love! Very artisanal – these folks are very good at what they do!”  Wood Stone is proud to be part of such a proud legacy in Montreal – best wishes to our friends at St-Viateur Bagel.
