Garlic Ginger PuréeMakes 12 oz. Ginger is a natural tenderizer. We rub this on large roasts for its flavor and tenderizing properties.
- 6 oz. garlic, peeled
- 3 oz. ginger, peeled and roughly sliced
- 4-5 oz. water
- Purée the garlic and ginger in a food processor. Slowly add the water to form a paste. Store in the refrigerator.
