Installation Clearance - Fire Deck Series (9660 to 11290)
WARNING: DO NOT PACK THE REQUIRED AIR SPACE WITH INSULATION OR OTHER MATERIALS.
- The Wood Stone Fire Decks 9660, 9690, 11260 and 11290 must have a minimum 1'’clearance to combustibles from all sides, and 14" clearance to combustibles from the top (see figures below). Any construction above and/or 6 inches to either side of the door must be non-combustible. If building a facade that will contact the oven, use completely non-combustible materials. Please note that standard dry-wall (or sheet rock) is considered a combustible. Any openings between the enclosure and the oven should be sealed using non-combustible building materials.

Install this oven on a non-combustible floor surface which extends at least 36 inches in front of, and 30 inches to either side of the doorway opening.

Any combustibles within 3 feet of the oven doorway should be protected in a manner acceptable to the authority
having jurisdiction.
*When non-combustible building materials contact the body of the oven, the respective clearances are
transferred to those non-combustibles.
