Liza has been working in many aspects of the food industry since graduating the University of Vermont in 2009. She has spent much of her time with farm and food education through growing and cooking fresh vegetables with elementary and middle school students. One of her most recent projects was creating a summer camp titled “Pizza Camp” where the participants harvested and made each ingredient and pizza topping from scratch, making an easy and seamless transition to Wood Stone.
